About to ICLEPM 2025
The 2025 International Conference on Law, Economics and Public Management will be held in Kunming, China, with the aim of building an interdisciplinary exchange platform, bringing together scholars, policy makers and industry practitioners in the fields of law, economics and public management to jointly discuss core issues and practice paths in the context of globalization, and promote collaborative innovation in social governance and economic development. The meeting focused on three major areas: legal issues focused on international economic law, legal regulation of the digital economy, foreign-related rule of law construction, artificial intelligence ethics and legislation, and the adaptability of the legal system to emerging fields; The economics direction covers digital economy transformation, regional economic cooperation, low-carbon economic policies and financial science and technology development, and analyzes the challenges and opportunities in economic restructuring; In the field of public management, public policy evaluation, modernization of social governance, digitalization of public services and cross sectoral coordination mechanisms are discussed to promote governance efficiency and fairness. The format of the meeting includes keynote speeches, special seminars, case sharing and workshops, covering theoretical frontiers and practical experience. For example, through the "Digital Governance" seminar, participants can discuss the application of blockchain technology in public services; In the round table dialogue on "regional economic cooperation", scholars and policy makers will jointly analyze the institutional design in regional integration. The conference also set up a "Young Scholars Forum" to provide a display platform for emerging researchers and promote the exchange of academic achievements. Participants will interact with domestic and foreign scholars, policy experts and industry representatives, participate in multi field case studies, and expand international academic and industrial networks. The results of the conference will form a special report, which will provide references for policy formulation, industry practice and academic research, and help build a social governance and economic development model adapted to the challenges of globalization.
Record
All full paper submissions to the ICLEPM 2025 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of ICLEPM 2025 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Contributors are encouraged to submit papers / abstracts to the conference. The organizing committee will select high-quality papers and recommend them to SCI/SSCI journals. For specific matters, please contact the person in charge of the conferrence.
Submission Guidelines
Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to iclepm@sub-paper.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
